		<description>Augh -- I feel ya!  We also decided to try to get healthy &amp; lose weight starting on January 1st.  My husband is down 15 pounds, and I&#039;m down about 8 pounds.  I was hoping to be doing a lot better, but for the first month, I wasn&#039;t really losing any weight.  It was so frustrating!  

My goal is to be able to buy clothes at a regular store (without a plus size area!) and to have a Wii character that doesn&#039;t look like a Weeble Wobble.</description>

		<description>I was going to make the same suggestion about chewing gum. Also, brushing your teeth might be enough to change your mind about something sweet. I have to say, the biggest thing that makes me happy is that you said you are soda-free. That is wonderful!!! That will make a huge difference. Drink lots of water and to keep it less boring, you could add a squeeze of lemon. Good luck and great success!!

Here&#039;s my tip - chew gum. When you want something sweet, chew a piece of gum. I know it&#039;s ridiculous, and a piece of Trident is NOT the same as a sleeve of Girl Scout cookies! But for me, it&#039;s enough to get past that moment of temptation. Good luck!</description>
