Head to a participating Baskin Robbins on Wednesday, April 28th between 5 pm and 10 pm and pick up a scoop of their yummy ice cream for only 31 cents. To make this deal even sweeter (pun intended), The Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation is donating $100,000 to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
