Last year I vowed I would lose weight…and not just a little. I had at least 90 pounds to lose. I’m happy to report that I’ve lost 65 of those pounds, but I’m definitely not to my goal yet! It’s really easy to follow this workout. You’ll do lots of kicking and punching (it’s a great stress reliever) and lots of toning as well! Plus, this workout will definitely work your core (one of my areas that could use some help!)
