Last year I vowed I would lose weight…and not just a little. I had at least 90 pounds to lose. I’m happy to report that I’ve lost 65 of those pounds, but I’m definitely not to my goal yet! Over the past 4 months I’ve worked out more than I ever have at any point in my life and I am convinced that it has made all the difference in my weight loss!
