I Heart Jockey Sport {Giveaway}

Last year, I made some huge lifestyle changes.  I started eating better and working out regularly and I lost over 50 pounds.  This year, my goal is to lose another 50 pounds and finally reach my goal weight. I know that exercise is essential in losing weight and being healthy.  With that in mind, I set a goal to exercise 14,600 minutes this year.

In order to keep myself from getting bored, I’m trying to mix things up a little.  I’ve been doing Zumba, jogging, lifting weights, riding the bike, and spending time on the elliptical.  I’ve also been doing planks and attempting push-ups.

Jockey recently introduced their Jockey Sport collection which is a match made in heaven for me.  With 3 styles of pants that come in both full length and crop, they have a pant that is perfect for whatever workout I choose that day.  It doesn’t matter if my workout is low impact, medium impact, or high impact, Jockey has me covered.  I can shake my booty in a Zumba Class or  Performance Modern, and Relaxed and each style comes in either a full length pant or a crop.

I love all three styles, but I absolutely adore the Performance Pant.   The seams don’t irritate me when I run, the waist doesn’t roll down while I’m doing Zumba and the weight of the pant is just perfect!  This is my go-to pant when I head to the gym. If you’re doing medium impact workouts, you may want to try the Modern Pant and if you’re doing yoga or pilates (or if you just like to wear cute, sporty clothes), the relaxed style is great.  I love the drawstring waist.

And the Pièce de résistance of the collection (in my humble opinion) is the jacket.  Oh, how it makes my heart go pitter patter!  It’s flattering, comfortable, and stylish.  Pair it with workout pants for the gym or throw it on with jeans and a tee shirt for a casual sporty look.

Here are a few of my thoughts on the collection:

I absolutely love the entire collection and although I didn’t mention it, the shirt I’m wearing under my jacket in the video is also from the Jockey Sport collection.  It fits well, washes well and has pockets.  The only thing I’m not totally sure about is the seams on the front, but that’s just me…I’m weird like that!
