Billion Dollar Brownies: The Richest Brownies You’ll Ever Eat!

Today I’m going to share my secret recipe for the world’s best brownies.  They’re rich, creamy and delicious!  And the best part, they start from a box!  It doesn’t get much better than that!

Here’s what you’ll need:

For brownies:

2 boxes of Ghiradelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix

1/2 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips

2/3 cup melted butter (use in place of 2/3 cup oil)

2/3 cup water

2 eggs

For peanut butter frosting:

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1/8 cup milk (less if you want your frosting a little thicker, more if you’d like it a little runnier)

Here’s what you’ll need to do:

1.  Preheat over to 325 degreess.

2.  Grease a 13″ x 9″ pan.

3. Mix eggs, water, and melted butter until fully mixed.  Add brownie mix and stir until completely blended.

4.  Pour brownie mix into greased pan and bake for 45-55 minutes.

5.  While brownies are baking, make peanut butter frosting. (Directions below)

6.  When brownies are done baking, remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.  When the chips have melted spread melted chocolate across top of brownie.

7. When brownies are cool, spread peanut butter frosting on top!

Directions for peanut butter frosting:

1. Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.

2. Add 1 cup powdered sugar.  Blend together.

3.  Add 1/8 cup milk and blend.

4.  Add remaining cup of powdered sugar and blend until smooth.

Voila!  You just made the world’s richest brownies!
